01What products does ISA Aromatics trade?+
The initial focus is cloves, patchouli oil, coffee, cocoa beans and selected Indonesian spices. Other raw materials can be discussed based on sourcing capability and availability.
02Do you sell retail products?+
The current website is positioned primarily for B2B raw-material enquiries. Retail products can be added later if the company develops a retail line.
03Can you quote for export orders?+
Yes, export-oriented enquiries can be discussed. Please include destination country or port, target quantity, product specification and preferred trade terms where possible.
04Do you have fixed minimum order quantities?+
MOQ may vary by commodity, grade, packaging and supply arrangement. It is better to confirm this per enquiry rather than publish one MOQ for all products.
05Can I request samples or specifications?+
Sample and specification requests can be reviewed based on the product and commercial context. Include as much detail as possible in your enquiry.
06What documents or certifications are available?+
Available documentation should be confirmed per product and shipment. The company should only publish specific certification claims after those documents are formally verified.
